FLIGHT is a multi-genre music showcase at The Evelyn presented by The Boite (‘bwaht’). It’ll feature some of Naarm’s best musicians, most of them coming from this year’s Boite Portfolio Project: a professional development program designed to empower and give creative and networking opportunities, resources, skills and assets for emerging culturally diverse musicians in Melbourne.
Delivered in partnership with City of Yarra, Inner North Foundation, Melbourne Polytechnic and Music Victoria, The Boite’s Portfolio Project is committed to breaking down barriers for culturally and linguistically marginalized communities and helping them enter the broader Australian music ecosystem.
The Boite respectfully acknowledges Traditional Custodians of the land upon which we live and work, the Wurundjeri Woiwurrong people of the Kulin Nation and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
